Heidi Shelburg
Principal and Owner
Heidi Shelburg is a nationally recognized Deltek Vantagepoint software advisor and works directly with Deltek to develop their Client Assistance Program.
Heidi heads up Plain Jane Consulting and utilizes a handful of specialized team members to optimize software integration. Previously with a 350-person engineering firm, Heidi was an Associate who led ERP strategy. She has over two decades of experience in data analytics playing a prominent role in the AEC industry.
Heidi keeps updated with continuous software upgrades across many platforms and enjoys applying them to a wide variety of needs for her clients. Heidi has a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University.
Makenna Mall
Business Solutions Consultant
Makenna is a detail-oriented consultant with over eight years of experience in contract management and state and federal regulatory compliance.
She loves leveraging her analytical skills and research background to help companies manage successful contract negotiations, build mission aligned policies and procedures, and expand their global presence. Additionally, Makenna is well versed in SALT (state and local tax) compliance, professional and corporate licensing requirements, entity setup requirements, JUST and B Corp certifications, E-zone and R&D tax credits, and DEI initiative planning and execution.
Makenna is also able to leverage her extensive system knowledge and creativity to help design and build SharePoint sites and provide support as a Deltek consultant.
Sarah D. Fischer
Digital Marketing Consultant
Sarah started telling stories the moment she could talk. She's a self-proclaimed author, an avid reader, and an oxford comma purist.
Sarah loves writing with a collaborative, supportive team or solo just the same. ​She has created content for brands like Tetris, Oculus (Meta), Game Stop, Intel, ESRB, and KidZania. She excels at copywriting and creating strategies, blending her communication skills with a passion for data analytics to inspire action through compelling narratives.
